For many people, writing can be a stressful task. It brings us back to the days of English essays and written history exams. But unlike these forms of writing, copy writing offers a very limited amount of time to make your point. Oftentimes, in :60 seconds for radio advertisements, :30 seconds or less for television advertisements, and with as few words as possible for print, you have to let consumers know who you are, what you’re offering, when the offer is available, where you’re located, and why you’re offering it. And here, the hard part is not trying to figure out what to write in, but trying to decide what you can afford to leave out.
